These settings control automatic deactivation and archiving of system entities for cleanup and compliance purposes.
User Accounts

Users who haven't logged in for this period will be automatically archived

Users will receive a notification this many days before being archived
Pouches

Pouches that haven't been used for this period will be automatically archived

Assigned users will receive a notification this many days before pouch archiving
Safes
Safes meeting this condition will be automatically archived
Logs and Reports

Audit logs older than this period will be archived

Drug use reports older than this period will be archived

Archive Schedule
Archive processes will run at this time (server time)
Important Notes
Archive processes can impact system performance. Schedule during off-peak hours.
Archived data is not deleted but moved to a separate storage area with limited access.
Regulatory requirements may override these settings in some jurisdictions.
